We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a quick-service fast-food restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing kitchen management, cash handling, and food preparation

- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality

- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Conduct shift management to optimize efficiency and productivity

Skills

- Proven experience in managing a casual dining or quick-service restaurant

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food industry standards

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Proficient in managing shifts effectively

- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
