Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

General Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards, managing staff, and driving overall business success in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food service, kitchen management, and customer relations. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met or exceeded. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team. Control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production to minimize waste and optimize costs. Implement and monitor food safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations. Handle shift management, scheduling staff shifts to ensure proper coverage during peak hours. Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct interviewing and hiring processes for new team members. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operational efficiency initiatives. Coordinate catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed. Ensure compliance with all hospitality regulations and company policies.

Qualifications



Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining establishments. Extensive knowledge of food industry operations including food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management. Background in restaurant management or hospitality management preferred; assistant manager or supervisory experience highly valued. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complex situations professionally. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food cost analysis. Culinary experience or food production knowledge is a plus; hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $44,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
