GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced leader with a track record of positive results to be our next General Manager. This candidate is a self-motivated, high-energy individual with the passion to inspire those around them to create a winning team. This position demands quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to executing the highest standards of service and quality. The GM must have a passion for service and people, work well under pressure, and be organized. At least one year of restaurant management in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

$70,098.97/yr

Responsibilities:

Manage successful restaurant operations creating positive guest and team experiences Accountable for maintaining restaurant staffing and creating a low-turnover environment Passion for training, managing, and developing an outstanding team at all levels Maintain positive financial results through sales growth and cost management Financial management, reporting, communication, banking Crisis management and guest resolution Professional communication and dissemination of information to the team Oversee food safety, quality assurance, checklists, and temperature checks Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment Execute and enforce all company standards, policies, and procedures Full understanding and execution of government food safety requirements achieve high health inspection scores
