General Manager - Apollos

Location: Lincoln, NE | Full-Time | Salaried

Apollos is a professionally operated nightlife and private events venue in Lincoln, NE. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to run day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all venue operations and events Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff Coordinate security, vendors, and compliance Manage labor, inventory, and operating costs Maintain high standards for guest experience and safety Lead on the floor during peak hours
Qualifications

3+ years GM or senior management experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment Strong leadership and operational discipline Comfortable with nights, weekends, and events Reliable, professional, and accountable
Compensation & Benefits

$56,000-$65,000 salary Up to 15% performance bonus Health insurance contribution PTO, dental/vision, 401(k)
