Fin & Feathers Restaurants

Fin & Feathers Restaurant is currently looking for a General Manager with both restaurant and nightlife experience. This person must;

- Have open availability and able and willing to work nights

- Manage a group of people with different personality traits effectively without creating high turnover

- Be highly motivated and willing to learn

- Build professional rapport with members and guests

- Make sure steps of service are being fully executed at all times

- Open and close the establishments as needed

- Ensure systems and procedures are being followed

- Make sure staff is adequately prepared to carry out the shift (make sure they have all things needed to serve our guests)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000-$70,000 Annually
