We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service within our food service establishment. As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive business growth while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage food service management processes, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and menu planning. Lead, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performance team environment. Supervise daily activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate catering services and banquet events to meet client expectations. Implement training development programs to enhance employee skills and service quality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement.

Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen management or food service management roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Background in catering services or banquet management is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $56,663.70 - $68,240.15 per year
