Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

? Develop and implement financial strategies and goals to maximize profitability.

? Monitor financial performance, analyze financial statements, and make data-driven decisions.

? Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting to optimize resources.

? Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting practices and compliance with regulations.

Operations Management:

? Provide leadership and guidance to department managers, ensuring efficient operations across all departments.

? Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.

? Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.

? Continuously improve operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline efficiency.

Sales and Customer Service:

? Oversee the sales team, setting sales targets and motivating staff to achieve them.

? Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

? Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

? Resolve escalated customer issues and handle complaints in a professional manner.

Staff Development and Training:

? Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff members.

? Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans.

? Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Inventory Management:

? Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure an optimal selection of RVs and accessories.

? Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and market demand.

? Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize turnover.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

? Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in the RV or automotive industry.

? Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and implementing financial strategies.

? Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

? Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

? Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
