Executive Leadership | Multi-Concept Operations | Fine Dining Experience Required
POSITION OVERVIEW
The General Manager (GM) provides senior-level leadership for multiple food and beverage concepts within a complex airport operating environment. This role requires a refined fine-dining background, strong financial acumen, and the ability to scale elevated service and culinary standards across diverse concepts while meeting the regulatory, security, and operational demands unique to airports.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Full P&L ownership across multiple concepts
Oversight of full-service, bar, and fast-casual operations
Leadership of management and hourly teams
Primary on-site executive representative to airport authorities and partners
EXECUTIVE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and EBITDA performance
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and brand integrity
Lead talent development, succession planning, and performance management
Execute strategic initiatives, menu refreshes, and concept enhancements
OPERATIONAL & FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP
Direct day-to-day operations while maintaining fine-dining service standards
Manage labor, COGS, inventory controls, and forecasting
Analyze sales mix, guest feedback, and operational data
Partner with corporate culinary, beverage, and operations teams
CULINARY & GUEST EXPERIENCE STANDARDS
Translate fine-dining execution into scalable airport service models
Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and speed of service
Champion hospitality culture while balancing throughput demands
STAKEHOLDER & GOVERNANCE RELATIONSHIPS
Act as primary liaison with airport authorities, TSA, and regulatory agencies
Maintain strong relationships with brand partners, landlords, and vendors
Represent the company in all executive and operational forums
QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of General Manager or senior F&B leadership experience
Fine-dining background required
Proven multi-concept oversight experience
Airport, hospitality, or high-volume complex environment preferred
Demonstrated P&L ownership and leadership maturity
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance
Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
High-visibility, fast-paced operating environment
LARGE-SCALE CATERING & EVENT OPERATIONS
Provide executive oversight for high-volume catering and off-menu food production supporting airport lounges, VIP services, charter operations, airline catering, and special events
Plan, execute, and scale catering operations to meet fluctuating flight schedules, passenger demand, and last-minute requests
Ensure fine-dining quality, food safety, and brand standards are upheld in all catered offerings
Oversee catering P&L performance, including labor deployment, food cost controls, and waste mitigation
Coordinate logistics, production schedules, and delivery timing within secure airport environments
Partner with culinary leadership and external stakeholders to develop customized menus and service solutions
Lead and develop catering leadership teams, production staff, and service personnel
