This position starts out as a General Manager in Training working alongside the Business Owner/Franchisee and his Management Team learning all aspects of the store including making food, cash register and phone, inventory, scheduling, driver dispatch, budgeting, etc.

You will learn all aspects of the job to better understand the roles of each team member while assisting in the day to day operations helping in all areas to maintain a fluid flow of business. We have multiple locations, with a plan for continued growth, and availability for advancement is always there for the right person.

Starting Pay will range from $16/hr to $18/hr depending on experience. Eligibility for bonuses and incentives are available. Average hours per week can range from 30-55 AND we pay OT!!!! No experience is needed, we will train you! We ask that you provide superior customer service skills, be a hard working team player and have availability for all hours of store operations.

Scheduling for shifts can range from 6, 8, 10 and 12 hours depending on availability and management needs. Shifts for a Fast casual/Quick service restaurant include days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
