The Chick-fil-A General Manager is a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for upholding the highest standards of food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.

What You'll Do



Operational Excellence



Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and drive-thru processes. Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and presentation Regularly review and refine operational procedures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure consistency

Team Leadership



Recruit, train, and develop restaurant leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to drive individual growth and team success. Build a strong sense of unity and teamwork among employees, promoting Chick-fil-A's core values and culture.

Financial Management



Ensure alignment with financial goals to ensure profitability while maintaining high operational standards.

Customer Experience



Uphold Chick-fil-A's reputation for exceptional customer service by setting and maintaining service standards. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including wait times, order accuracy, and overall satisfaction. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement



Stay current with industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Communication and Reporting:



Maintain clear and effective communication channels between leadership and team members. Highlight and communicate operational reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications



Fluency in both English and Spanish highly preferred Prior experience in a leadership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills Open availability with flexibility to work 10-hour days and overtime as needed

Pay: Starting at $60000.00 / year
