We are seeking a general manager for a leading company located in Guaynabo that represents top-of-the-line brands of high-quality bathroom equipment, tiles, kitchen cabinets, appliances, and plumbing fixtures for residential and commercial use.
The general manager is responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, ensuring efficient business practices, and driving performance improvements. This role involves managing resources, systems, and processes to optimize productivity and quality while ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. Must balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution, ensuring a productive, goal-oriented environment that supports both employee success and organizational profitability. Through effective leadership, the general manager will cultivate a positive culture and steer the company toward growth and market leadership.

Summary of Requirements
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related fields
Proven experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
Recognition and excellent relationships within the industry
Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics
. Ability to analyze data, develop budgets, implement plans, and deliver effective presentations
. Constructive and empathetic communication skills, both verbal and written
Possess exceptional team leadership skills
Makes decisions with a deep understanding of financial management

Bilingual: Speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs, proficient in Excel
