We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and manage all aspects of our local restaurant operations. This role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of the business. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies, enforcing policies, and guiding your team to success. Strong customer service and rapport-building skills are essential, as you will be expected to foster positive relationships with both customers and employees.

What We Offer:

- Full-time position

- Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Work Schedule:

- 50-60 hours per week

- 12-hour shifts available

- Day and night shifts

Required Qualifications:

-Previous restaurant management experience

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Clean Valid Driver's License

- Strong customer service and rapport-building skills

- Availability for day and night shifts

Additional Information:

- Some travel may be required for training, meetings, and coverage purposes.
