General Manager

to lead our restaurant operations, cultivate a culture of excellence, and deliver results that keep both our guests and team members inspired.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead with Hospitality

Be the face of our hospitality culture, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations at every interaction.

2. Build & Empower the Team

Hire, train, and mentor FOH and BOH staff. Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

3. Operational Excellence

Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory management. Manage catering and events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction. Maintain compliance with food safety, OSHA, and alcohol service regulations.

4. Drive Financial Success

Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth. Achieve KPI targets to unlock location-based bonuses.

5. Collaborate Across Departments

Work closely with marketing, accounting, and other teams to ensure smooth operations. Lead initiatives that enhance teamwork and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
