Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager: You are essential to the overall technical operation and efficiency of the restaurant and a standard bearer of hospitality. You\'re the key to the successful execution of the HotLine (Cooks) and ColdLine (Cashiers). \xc2\xb7 Schedule Making \xc2\xb7 Inventory focus \xe2\x80\x93 Controlling Food Cost to ensure restaurant is profitable and maximize the potential bonus. \xc2\xb7 Labor control \xe2\x80\x93 Hitting labor goals, accurate projections and ensure proper control is happening within the restaurant. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing cashier and cook operations; Overseeing management and developing the team to follow all specs. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring food specs are being followed and we are supplying the guests with Freddy Quality food. \xc2\xb7 Motivating and encouraging team to stay focused and driven towards taking care of each guest during their visit. \xc2\xb7 Supportive individual ready to work with a Team \xc2\xb7 Positive/High-Energy \xe2\x80\x93 Creating the positive and energetic culture for our team!
