Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high food quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales growth. Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs effectively to maximize profitability. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with corporate leadership to align restaurant goals with company objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions. In-depth knowledge of food management practices and kitchen operations. Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports effectively.
