Position Overview

We are seeking a

high-performing General Manager

who aspires to

build, lead, and eventually own

What You'll Do

Lead daily operations including sales, installation, and customer service Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing local team Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every project Manage financial performance (sales, profitability, and KPIs) Execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach Build relationships that create repeat business and referrals Drive continuous improvement and represent the Spartan brand with pride
