Position Overview

As a General

Manager

, you'll work closely with the Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and deliver a top-notch customer experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians Deliver outstanding customer service Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures Perform oil changes, inspections, and other basic services when needed Support sales goals and meet performance targets

Qualifications

Prior leadership or management experience preferred (retail, restaurant, automotive, or service industry) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and perform hands-on automotive services (training provided)
