Since opening our first location in 2018, we've built a reputation for quality food, innovative fry-based dishes, and exceptional service. Now, we're looking for driven, hands-on leaders to help take us to the next level.

About the Role

We're hiring General Managers who are passionate about food, leadership, and creating a positive team culture. Our GMs are not desk managers--they're active on the floor, on the line, and in the details. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-expectation environment and is ready to take full ownership of a location.

What You'll Do:

Oversee all daily operations, including kitchen and front-of-house Hire, train, schedule, and lead a strong team Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Manage inventory, ordering, prep systems, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations Drive sales and manage labor and cost goals Act as the face of the store and build relationships with staff, guests, and the community Collaborate with ownership and fellow GMs on continuous improvements Lead with positivity, energy, and accountability

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (quick-service or fast-casual preferred) Proven ability to lead a team and hit performance goals Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Passion for hospitality and pride in high standards A desire to grow with a rapidly expanding brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
