What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a high-performing FOH/BOH team Oversee scheduling, training, and performance expectations Deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards Manage inventory, P&L, and drive revenue growth Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient operation

What We're Looking For:

3+ years GM experience in full-service dining Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on approach and ability to work alongside with team members, offering support, guidance and an extra set of hands, when needed A deep love for Mexican food, hospitality, and community
