We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of a fast-paced, customer-focused retail food establishment. As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's performance. From staffing and training to budgeting and marketing, you'll lead the charge in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize tools and resources to drive sales and maximize profitability Develop and implement local marketing strategies Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to meet operational goals Deliver a memorable experience for guests through outstanding service Oversee all cash handling, including register operations and deposits Prepare and decorate baked goods following established standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the store Perform administrative duties including scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Take on additional tasks as needed to support the success of the store

REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years of experience in retail or food service management 2-5 years of experience in customer service Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Team-oriented mindset * Must be 18 years or older
