Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Scheduling
- Social Media
- Payroll
- Various other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an General Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Motivated self starter that takes initiative
- Proficient in using office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
