HOMEstretch helps homeowners and real estate agents get homes market-ready with one simple solution that provides junk removal, painting, landscaping, flooring installation, and cleaning. We're growing fast and looking for an energetic General Manager to own and grow our market.

This is a rare opportunity to build a market from the ground up with the support, playbook, and resources of an established team behind you.

You will be the Indy North GM responsible for growth, quality, and profitability.

High-impact, entrepreneurial role where your decisions shape the local team, culture, and brand.

Direct partnership with HOMEstretch leadership and access to a proven market playbook, processes, and resources.

What You'll Do



Lead the Indy North market P&L - responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and smart use of resources.

Own client satisfaction and employee experience, making HOMEstretch a company people trust and love to work for.

Work closely with the Business Development Specialist to build relationships with referral partners, including realtors and real estate brokerages.

Ensure all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to high quality standards, with excellent communication and customer service.

Build and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring we have the capacity and quality to meet demand.

Recruit, interview, and hire HOMEstretch team members as the market grows.

Lead and coach your team, creating a strong, inclusive, and performance-oriented culture

Continuously improve local operations, processes, and systems for scheduling, field execution, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For



Entrepreneurial mindset - you're energized by building something new with a playbook, not just maintaining what already exists.

Demonstrated experience leading teams, growing business units, or managing operations.

Knowledge of, or strong interest in learning about, the home preparation, real estate, or home services space.

Solid understanding of business fundamentals: operations, finance, customer service, and sales/marketing.

Background in the service industry, with experience interacting with clients, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.

Self-starter and problem solver who can take high-level direction and turn it into clear plans, decisions, and completed work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
