What You'll Do



Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on excellence and guest satisfaction. Build strong, trust-based relationships with homeowners, guests, staff, and vendors. Guide and mentor your team, creating a culture of support, collaboration, and accountability. Play a key role in business growth through owner acquisition initiatives and local partnerships. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Ensure all properties are impeccably maintained and financially optimized. Oversee projects, schedules, and property improvements to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Represent the company in the community with professionalism, passion, and integrity. Track team and business performance using KPIs and regular evaluation tools. Bring creative ideas and innovative strategies that set Big Sky Vacation Rentals apart from competitors.

What We're Looking For



5+ years of leadership experience in the vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industries. Prior experience as a General Manager or comparable senior role preferred. Strong operational and financial management skills. Exceptional communicator and team builder who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to balance high standards with a personable, team-first leadership style. Comfortable with technology and software platforms (Microsoft Office, industry-specific tools). Passion for guest experience, homeowner relationships, and local community connection.

Physical Requirements



Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds regularly; occasionally up to 50 pounds. Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working at a desk/computer.
