, you will provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction to ensure the hotel achieves strong financial performance, exceptional guest satisfaction, and full brand compliance. You will be responsible for maximizing profitability, developing and leading high-performing teams, maintaining brand standards, and strengthening the hotel's presence within the local community.
Prior Hilton experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for all hotel departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent delivery of brand standards.
Maximize financial returns by managing revenue, controlling expenses, analyzing financial reports, and implementing effective action plans to achieve budgeted goals.
Create and maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for guests, team members, and hotel assets in accordance with company policies, brand standards, and all regulatory requirements.
Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing management team and staff, fostering a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Deliver a distinctive and memorable guest experience by ensuring service excellence, resolving guest concerns promptly, and maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
Serve as the primary liaison with owners, corporate teams, brand representatives, vendors, and regulatory agencies, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Act as the hotel's public relations representative by building brand awareness and strengthening the hotel's reputation within the local community.
Drive team member involvement in community organizations, events, and local business partnerships to enhance community presence and goodwill.
Ensure full compliance with Hilton brand standards, audits, quality assurance programs, and operational guidelines.
Develop and implement environmentally conscious initiatives aimed at reducing the hotel's carbon footprint and supporting sustainability goals.
Monitor and enforce safety, security, and risk management procedures to protect guests, employees, and hotel assets.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a
Hotel General Manager or senior hotel leader
, preferably within a
Hilton-branded property
.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, payroll management, and P&L oversight.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest service standards, and brand compliance.
