Responsibilities

Lead a team of ~100 toward our collective goals Steward our finances and ensure we are honoring God, our team, and our guests with our resources Ensure each guest has the opportunity to receive best in class service Work closely with a diverse team of leaders to invest in, develop, and encourage our team to grow Grow our brand locally

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Desire to grow and achieve something meaningful Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
