Job Description

We are looking for a well seasoned manager with experience and dedication to join our team! As a General Manager you play a big role in maintaining TBC daily operations. Your leadership and problem solving skills will contribute to our success as a fast paced brunch spot!

Responsibilities:

Communicate and collaborate with the other managers while overseeing the restaurant and meeting goals Help with new hires and assist where training is needed in all areas of The Breakfast Club Maintain The Breakfast Club standards. Being able to handle financial tasks Adapting to new changes within growing The Breakfast Club
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant Skills in organization, attention to detail, making sure The Breakfast Club is running smooth, properly, and efficient Ability to handle operations and multi task while under pressure Proficient in using POS systems Knowledge in food safety and best practices
