Job Summary

Under general direction from the Resort Supervisor, repair and maintain equipment, plumbing, electrical wiring, fixtures, and general appliance repairs of owner units.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific areas of responsibility include, but not limited to:

Perform general plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock repair, and carpentry repairs. Unclog drains, garbage disposals, resetting circuit breakers, light switches, replacement of valves, thermostats and working on general household appliances. Respond to and handle all owner requests in a professional and courteous, safe, and efficient manner. Use of power and hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance work. Repairs tile, damaged bathroom-kitchen fixtures, minor repairs to air conditioning units, heating, repairs damages walls and doors, paints inside and outside building walls. Maintains the appearance of the main lobby, public areas, parking lots and grounds. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas. Respond quickly, safely, and efficiently to all owner requests. Respond to all emergency situations including power failures, fire alarms or any threat to the property; notify the appropriate authorities. Be safe and have fun.

Job Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Hospitality and building experience a plus.

Knowledge of building and equipment maintenance-repair techniques. Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance-repair techniques. Ability to follow instructions and procedures in the operation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.'
