Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), pneumatic filling equipment, BUNN and other general warehouse upkeep. Utilize self driven skills to troubleshooting and repair what is needed. Some welding tasks as needed for special projects and equipment maintenance. Read and interpret schematics to understand complex systems and ensure proper functionality. Oversee facilities maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage an Excel of customer services date and equipment data to keep all BUNN equipment in top shape. Providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative environment. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing routine equipment maintenance at customers locations or client concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Proficient in electrical systems with practical experience using tools such as an ohmmeter. Excellent communication skills in to interact with team members and customers effectively. Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus for understanding operational needs. HVAC, Electrical and Pneumatic knowledge. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in all interactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
