Job Description

LOOKING FOR A JACK OF ALL TRADES

General maintenance for a local self storage and prop-mgmt company

-a variety of tasks

- indoors and out.

-own tools a plus,

-must have own vehicle with a valid drivers license,

- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of facilities and equipment.

- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools, power tools, or specialized equipment.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or improvements.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or customers in a timely manner.

```Experience```

- Ability to Learn new skills on You Tube
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
