Supreme Canine is a premier dog training and boarding company located on a 10.5-acre property in the Dickson/Nashville area. We are veteran-owned, highly professional, and take pride in maintaining a clean, functional, and beautiful environment for our clients and their dogs.

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated General Laborer / Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent work year-round -- not a short-term or seasonal job.

Job Summary:

The General Laborer will perform a variety of hands-on maintenance and grounds-keeping duties to keep our property, facilities, and equipment in top condition. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working outdoors and with their hands.

Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance and light repairs Paint, pressure wash, and assist with light carpentry projects Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawn and landscaped areas Rake, sweep, and keep walkways and work areas clean and clear Trim weeds, brush, and small trees Operate small tools and light equipment safely Maintain and clean tools and equipment after use Assist with fencing, facility improvements, and seasonal tasks Follow safety and operational procedures at all times Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements:

Dependable, punctual, and hard-working Physically capable of outdoor work year-round Prior experience in general labor, maintenance, or landscaping Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to follow directions and work independently Must be drug-free, drama-free, and motivated to do quality work Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Compensation:

$18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience and skill level Weekly pay Full-time, 40 hours per week Overtime available on occasion

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Optional overtime as needed Year-round work (indoor and outdoor tasks)
