Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position involves supporting various operational tasks across our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new skills to contribute effectively to our projects.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Support the setup and breakdown of work sites or production areas Operate basic tools and equipment Perform general cleanup and maintenance tasks to keep work areas safe and organized Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

Prior experience with electrical tools such as a skill saw is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory Strong work ethic and the ability to make do with time frames given

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
