Job Summary

We are seeking a

General Laborer

to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as Foreman and Carpenters Transport materials and equipment from one location to another utilizing company vehicle Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment Assist with keeping site safe Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, swinging a hammer and standing for long periods of time. Ability to lift 40-50lbs without discomfort Reliable to show up every day scheduled and communicate when time is needed off Strong attention to detail Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred but willing to train the right person Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills * Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary
