Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our trailer suspension manufacturing team. This position involves painting components, operating a hydraulic bushing press, and performing material handling tasks to ensure efficient production. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and be willing to perform various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Painting:

Prepare and apply paint coatings to trailer suspension components using spray equipment or other methods while ensuring quality and durability.

Hydraulic Bushing Press Operation:

Safely operate a hydraulic bushing press to install bushings into suspension components according to specifications.

Material Handling:

Move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using manual and powered equipment such as forklifts or hoists.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts for defects before and after processing to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.

Workstation Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow safety procedures, and perform routine equipment checks.

General Labor Duties:

Assist with additional production tasks, including assembly, packaging, and assisting other team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. Ability to safely operate a hydraulic press and follow precise instructions. Familiarity with industrial painting processes and coatings is a plus. Capable of lifting and handling materials up to [insert weight limit] lbs. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and loud machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Work Environment:

Full-time position with possible overtime when available. Work may involve standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and working with tools and machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, including gloves, safety glasses, and respirators.
