The Laborer is responsible for maintaining production lines by loading the conveyors with boxes and bottles to keep the machines operating at optimal capacity. This is a production-oriented position and requires physical labor, including long periods of standing, repeated motions, and frequent lifting.
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow operating procedures to meet production goals.
Place empty boxes and bottles on conveyor system in a fast-paced environment.
Stack full boxes on pallet and palletize skids of product.
Hand load bottles into boxes, insert cardboard divider, close box, and tape secure.
Assist in unloading of drum truck, placing empty drums onto skids and shrink wrap to secure the product onto the skid.
Ensure all finished goods boxes are stacked correctly.
Must follow proper procedures for tagging product.
Perform stenciling of drums with stencils and ink roller to specifications.
Perform repack work when required.
Empty product from bottles to totes as required.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
Coordinate usage of materials, packaging, etc.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Rotate from different positions as required.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
HS Diploma or GED Preferred
Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy objects.
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.t
Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
