Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our crew. The ideal candidate should have a valid drivers' license, be able to follow direction and physically able to occasional lift 80 lbs. bags. Work involves excavating, basement waterproofing, septic, sewer and water repair. CDL would be a plus but not mandatory. Must be able to focus on the job at hand and understand that cell phone use is a jobsite distraction and should be utilized only when absolutely necessary.
Duties
Operate hand tools and power tools Operate a shovel and rake. Perform tasks in a timely an efficient manor. Assist in the maintenance of vehicles and heavy equipment. Collaborate well with others while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
Previous experience in excavating field, plumbing would be a plus. Familiarity with basic equipment and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. Experience operating excavating equipment is a plus. Ability to operate basic grading equipment helpful. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
