General Laborer / Commercial Janitorial - Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented General Laborers to join our team. This position includes commercial janitorial work, general labor tasks, and occasional support for construction, remodel, fire/flood cleanup, and post-construction projects. No experience is required --

full training is provided.

nighttime janitorial shifts

, depending on scheduling and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:Commercial Janitorial (Primary Duties)

Routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Restroom and breakroom sanitation. Cleaning offices, hallways, and common areas. Restocking supplies and following janitorial checklists. Deep cleaning tasks as assigned.

General Labor (Daily Varied Tasks)

Moving materials, loading/unloading equipment, and organizing supplies. Jobsite cleanup and debris removal. Maintaining clean, safe work areas. Assisting team members with hands-on tasks as needed. Ability to switch tasks or locations throughout the day.

Construction Assistant Duties (As Needed -- Training Provided)

Assisting carpenters, technicians, or leads on remodel or new construction jobs. Carrying materials, staging tools, and supporting trades. Basic demolition (removing drywall, flooring, fixtures, etc.). Sweeping, hauling debris, and helping prepare work areas. Supporting the team with light duties to keep projects moving.

Post-Construction / Post-Job Cleanup (As Needed)

Dust removal from surfaces, fixtures, and vents. Cleaning windows, tracks, and detailed finish surfaces. Removing stickers, residue, and construction dust. Preparing spaces for final walkthroughs.

Restoration Support (Occasional)

Training Provided

Helping with equipment setup/teardown. Light demolition or debris handling. Supporting technicians with general site tasks.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work. Flexible and willing to learn new tasks/skills. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Can work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable lifting 30-50 lbs regularly. Positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly.

Pay: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour
