Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in factory work, manufacturing processes, and hands-on mechanical tasks. The position involves supporting various aspects of production and warehouse operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Prior factory or warehouse experience is preferred, and familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment will be advantageous. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity Operate hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment safely and effectively Use forklift and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products as needed Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading, and organizing materials Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the factory or warehouse area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly lines is a plus Ability to operate forklifts (certification is a benefit) and use hand tools or power tools effectively Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial settings Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
