Position Overview

We are seeking a General Laborer to support our operations through landscaping, maintenance, warehouse support, forklift operation, and small local deliveries. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep.

Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and minor repairs.

Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving materials.

Make small, local deliveries of parts and materials as needed.

Support warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and assisting with audits.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Assist with other tasks or projects as directed by the operations team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) with a clean driving record.

Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Basic mechanical and maintenance skills are a plus.
