Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking an experienced and reliable General Labor role for our Partner in Salem, Ohio. This company is the leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry,
The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Hours & Salary:
2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm
3rd Shift: 11 pm - 7 am
Salary: $16.50/ Hourly

Required Skills:
In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support our operations across different departments. As a General Laborer, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization by assisting in various tasks as assigned.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations of the company.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a general labor or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in general labor tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and schedules.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
