Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitized.
Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
Provide custodial services in various environments, including hotels and office spaces.
Assist with housekeeping management tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests with a focus on excellent customer service.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all cleaning tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is a plus.
Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
Ability to clean and sanitize various surfaces effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
