at our Napoleon location!

Located at P314 County Road 12, Napoleon, OH 43545.

Looking for someone who is able to follow directions, get along well with a team, able to stand for extended periods of time, able to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available for overtime and potential weekend work.

Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check prior to employment.

1st-shift

Pay:

$16.75 / hour.

Hours:

6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., with overtime expected until 4:00 p.m. Possibility for weekend work.

3rd-shift

Pay:

$17.75 / hour.

Hours:

10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Start time at 8:00 p.m. with overtime expected. Possibility for weekend work.

Job Overview:

Packing and stacking of products

Working on various stations of packaging lines as directed.

What you'll be doing:

Packaging and stacking of products. Working on various stations of packaging lines as directed. Follow 5S protocols. Compacts cardboard and plastic in balers. Makes bales when baler is full. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. For food grade warehouses, follow all food safety standards set forth in a facility and actively participate in the food safety culture.

What we're looking for:

Ability to work standing for extended periods of time. Ability to take job orders from Supervisor/Line Leads. Works and gets along well with others in the organization. Ability to recognize and respond to unsafe working conditions. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/factory environment. Ability to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Additional Qualifications and Experience:

Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Supervisor.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.
