Position: General Kitchen Worker
Department: Chief Steward
Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
Performs duties of Warewasher, Night Cleaner, Yardman, Potwasher, and Silver Attendant
Responsible for all duties in Kitchen
Sets up dishes for chefs
Fills milk and cream containers for wait staff
Sets Kitchen and Kitchen outlets for service
Secondary Responsibilities:
Perform Banquet service - keep tables stocked with food
Transport dishes to outlying areas
Pack box lunches
Wrap sandwiches and other food items
Sweep and mop work area
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
Needs to be flexible and able to work all shifts
Must be able to work overtime if required
Weekends and holidays required
