Overview
we are looking for a reliable, skilled and friendly general handyman to help care for and maintain a private residence. This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on and takes pride and home running smoothly.
you will be responsible for general household, repairs, and maintenance. Minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry work. Painting, patching, mounting and installations. Light exterior work parentheses pressure washing, small repairs, upkeep.) preventative maintenance and problem-solving around the home. days will look exactly the same, and your skills will be appreciated and respected.
Experience in residential maintenance a plus. Be dependable, honest and self motivated. Be comfortable in a private home environment. tools preferred. Must have dependable transportation and speak English fluently. Must you must be trustworthy and pass a background check.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
