General Dentist - Established Private Practice (Mon-Fri, No Weekends)

We are seeking a skilled, efficient, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our well-established, privately owned dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who can work on there own (no other general dentist sharing patients or production) and values work-life balance and wants to practice quality dentistry without corporate pressure.

Schedule & Work Environment

- 4-5 days per week (flexible-Tuesday)

- Monday-Friday only, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- No evenings or weekends

- Supportive, well-trained team and a smooth, efficient workflow

Compensation

- Competitive pay--typical associates average approximately $900-1,100/day

- Consistent patient flow from a large, loyal patient base

-Typically see 8-12 patients a day with busy time up to 16 per day

-Insurance mix is 90% PPO (Negotiated high fee schedule)

Clinical Focus

- Our practice serves primarily young families and emphasizes preventive and restorative dentistry, including: Fillings, crowns, bridges, & implant crowns

- We refer out most surgical and complex procedures, including: Extractions, implant placement, endodontics, & removable prosthodontics

Requirements

- Active Texas Dental License

- Some experience preferred, but confident new graduates are welcome to apply
