Dr. Albert & his team are looking for the right General Dentist to join our growing practice as an Associate/Junior Partner Dentist! We have served the Elmira community for over 20 years. The Finger Lakes region is a scenic escape full of culture & outdoor sporting activities. If you are a general dentist (DDS/DMD) that is a hard worker, ethical & talented, driven for success, & focused on building relationships with your patients & your team \xe2\x80\x93 this opportunity will catapult your career to the next level! Qualified candidates must carry a New York Dental License that is active & in good standing & be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.

Benefits / Compensation: You deserve to be rewarded for your hard work

• $1000 per day minimum OR 30% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)!
• Ability to earn over $1500+/day!
• Stable & consistent FULL-TIME schedule
• Steady new patient flow \xe2\x80\x93 allowing you to build your practice with confidence
• $10,000 sign on bonus for Full-Time candidate
• If the right fit, the new dentist will earn equity in the practice (becoming a junior partner) without having to buy in
• 3- 4 Days/week: Flexible with which days work best for you!
• NO WEEKENDS!
