Role Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care with a strong focus on adult patients Diagnose and manage a broad range of general and restorative cases Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals Coordinate care with specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes For new graduates: receive hands-on mentorship with guided autonomy

Qualifications:

Active state dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) New graduates and D4 students encouraged to apply Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care Prior experience treating adult patients is a plus but not required
