PRACTICE TECHNOLOGY

Our office is fully modernized and equipped with:

CBCT imaging iTero Lumina digital scanner (digital impressions) Paperless charting and full digital workflows Updated operatories and efficient systems

POSITION DETAILS

Full-time role 4 to 5 days per week, including Saturdays Long-term opportunity with growth potential Strong patient flow Fee-for-service and PPO only (no Medicaid) Supportive, experienced clinical and administrative team Clinical autonomy with collaborative support when needed

CLINICAL EXPECTATIONS

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing:

Restorative dentistry Crown and bridge Root canal therapy Extractions

Excellent chairside manner Strong communication and treatment presentation skills Ability to work independently in a modern, fast-paced practice Positive, team-oriented attitude

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

DMD or DDS degree Current Connecticut Dental License Active malpractice insurance Minimum two years of clinical experience Completion of a one-year residency Strong interpersonal and communication skills Spanish-speaking ability is helpful but not required
