Clinical Dental Assistant (DA II) - Privately Owned Practice

Compensation:

Based on experience and ability

$22/hour would be the base compensation for a standard clinical dental assistant role. Candidates with more extensive experience and advanced clinical skills will be considered for higher compensation.

What We're Looking For:

REQUIRED: Current Radiology and Coronal Polishing certifications Minimum of 3 years of clinical dental assisting experience preferred Familiarity with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend software Confidence in presenting treatment plans and educating patients Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain operatory rooms and sterilize instruments Assist in updating and managing patient records Ensure patient comfort and readiness for procedures Capture diagnostic images, X-rays, intraoral photos, and digital scans (Cerec/iTero) Support routine and complex restorative procedures Provide chairside assistance to dentists and clinical team members
