Local window, door, and hurricane protection company hiring for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and ability to multitask. This position will rely heavily on data entry into our computer programs and software. You will be working with all of our team members to input/retrieve/facilitate/scan documents and information. There is room for growth in advancement and increased pay. Responsibilities: Input data into computer programs and software Follow up with customers as needed for information Maintain filing and storage systems in the office Retrieve documents and files when requested, generate memos, emails, and correspondences when appropriate Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items. Desire to learn and take on more responsibilities Ability to work with other team members in the office to accomplish tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits:
