First Call Restoration is a general contracting company based in the Portland metro area. Services range from residential renovations to comprehensive restoration and remodeling projects. We value honesty, integrity, and a strong commitment to our clients.

The Job:



General Construction Worker. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. As a Construction Laborer, you will work under the supervision of a skilled foreman.

In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to:



General construction work: Kitchen, Bathroom, Basement, and Room renovations

Framing

Drywall

Finishing work

Carpentry

Residential remodels

Deck construction

Roof repairs and cleaning

Siding installation and repair

Window and door replacement

Flooring installation

Residential & Commercial Water Damage Restoration

Mold Removal & Remediation

Flood Restoration Services

Storm Damage Cleanup

Interior and Exterior Remodeling

General Construction Services


You will be assisting with all of the tasks listed. While prior experience in all these areas is not required, knowledge is preferred. We provide on-the-job training and support to help you develop the necessary skills.

Requirements:

You must have experience in residential construction (Interior & Exterior). This is not an entry-level position.

Your pay rate will be based on experience and proficiency with general construction.*

You must be 18 years or older.

You must have reliable transportation to job sites.

No college degree is required. Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Experience with Framing and chop saw work is preferred.
